
Founder and owner, Jenna M. Lindsey, has more than 18 years experience as a personal trainer and is a former Hall of Fame college basketball player. She has worked with men, women, young athletes, and all fitness levels and ages. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Dickinson State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with two majors: Business Administration and HR Management. She maintains the following fitness certifications through NESTA (National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association): PFT, CCS, SMC, HRPS, LWM, PFTS, FNC, CMBF, CHNC. When she is not training clients, she is outdoors fly fishing, hiking, trail running, mountain biking, and spending time with her family.

Story is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with degrees from Sheridan College in both Exercise Science and Athletic Training. She brings both academic knowledge and hands-on experience to every session. Story’s passion for physical health runs deep; she believes that movement is medicine and that strength training with an emphasis on mobility is the most powerful tool to build long term health and resilience.
Story works with a wide range of clients- from those starting their fitness journey to athletes looking to improve their performance. Her personalized programs blend strength training, mobility, and functional movement to help you feel stronger and move better so you can keep doing what you love. When Story is not in the gym she is often out on the trails with her husband and dog hiking, backpacking and enjoying our beautiful public lands.

Jesse is passionate about helping people discover their true strength—both physically and mentally. As a NASM-certified personal trainer with years of strength training experience, she believes fitness is about more than workouts; it’s about building confidence, energy, and lifelong health that empowers everyday life.

Tonna is passionate about empowering others to reach their potential in all areas of health and fitness. She is a firm believer that, via fitness, clients can gain confidence, energy, health, and a lifetime of new opportunities. Tonna was initially introduced to fitness through becoming a one-on-one client of Jenna Lindsey’s at 307 Fitness LLC over 8 years ago. Working with Jenna for weight loss, strength building, and new life habits, she gained a self-respect that has taken her to unexpected heights in the world of physical fitness. After years in a law enforcement career, she recently turned her focus to helping others through fitness and self-defense as a full-time instructor. She is the owner and instructor of a Krav Maga self-defense school at Basic Instinct Krav Maga LLC in Sheridan and is the only licensed Krav Maga school through Krav Maga Worldwide in the state of Wyoming! Through her passion of self-defense, she has focused on various martial arts, striking techniques, and fitness through weight training. She is a licensed Krav Maga Worldwide Instructor of civilian self-defense and has over 2 years as a certified Krav Maga self-defense instructor through Krav Maga Worldwide tactical division for law enforcement. She is a NASM Certified trainer in Assisted Stretching and Mobility and is currently completing a NASM Personal Training Certification. She brings years of experience along with a firm belief in the transformation power of fitness due to her own life-changing fitness journey.

Cassidie is a dedicated personal trainer who loves fitness and wellness! As a mother of 3 amazing children, Cassidie is instilling in her own children, the importance of taking care of their physical and mental wellbeing through keeping an active lifestyle that will create healthy habits throughout their lifetime! She is passionate about helping clients, of all ages, achieve their health goals through personalized workout plans! She is committed to fostering a positive environment that motivates and empowers individuals to push their limits and embrace a healthier lifestyle.
Joanie Mogen is a long-time athlete and has always enjoyed fitness! She played basketball through high school and stayed active in pilates and yoga through college. She is a mother of six wonderful children. Recently, she developed a new love for long-distance running and helping others reach their fitness goals.

Patty Roma is a bundle of energy and has been subbing off and on at 307 Fitness for years! Her fitness background began when she moved from CA to MT where she was ACE certified and instructed many different group classes. Her son, Nathan, just graduated from UW with his Master's Degree in Business and Bachelor's Degree in Botany. Her other son, Matthew, runs track at NAU and will graduate in 2024 with Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Minor in Chemistry. She loves people and makes every single client feel welcome and comfortable during their workouts.
